Sparganium chlorocarpum is back

Published this April in the Botanical Club of Wisconsin newsletter – welcoming back an eastern-North American endemic bur-reed. It was here all along – we just didn’t recognize it as it’s own species, unique to our region. Welcome back to the flora, Sparganium chlorocarpum – the green-fruited bur-reed.
